Information you choose to share
The enquiry form uses your name, product and size choices, quantity, delivery area, optional event details and message to prepare your enquiry. Please do not include payment credentials, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How the form works
Preparing a message happens in your browser. The website does not submit enquiry details to a database or save them in browser storage. Continuing to WhatsApp passes the message in a URL to WhatsApp; sending the message is a separate action. The URL may remain in browser history. You may edit or discard the message before sending.
How we use enquiries
When you send an enquiry to S.H. Bean Bags, we use the information you provide and your contact details to respond, prepare quotations, arrange orders and delivery, and provide after-sales support. The enquiry checkbox does not give permission for unrelated promotional messages.
Website fonts
Fonts are requested from Fontshare when you load a page. Your browser connects to that provider and shares technical request information such as your IP address. System fonts are used if the service is unavailable.
Sharing and service providers
WhatsApp and other services you choose to open process information under their own privacy policies. Order fulfilment may require sharing relevant contact and address details with delivery providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Website preferences and technical information
The website stores your selected colour theme locally in your browser. You can clear it through browser settings. This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information for website delivery and security.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry and order information may be retained for follow-up, fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for future enquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy concern. Some order records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You can choose to contact us by phone instead of using WhatsApp.
